A year has gone by since the events in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe and many things have changed. Surprisingly, when the characters return to Narnia, they realize that time has gone by much faster than in the real world. Over a thousand years have passed in Narnia and their magical land is not as they remember it. The once blissful era of Narnia is gone due in large part to its brutal leader, King Miraz (Sergio Castellitto).

Miraz is malicious and power-hungry and he wants nothing more than to have supremacy stay in his family. He’ll do absolutely anything to ensure the next king is one of his kin. Not even his own nephew, Prince Caspian (Ben Barnes), is good enough for the throne. Prince Caspian is next in line to the throne, but King Miraz, intent on making his son the next king, plots to kill Prince Caspian so the throne will stay in his bloodline. Thankfully, Prince Caspian has some loyal friends willing to lend a helping hand. With the help of some old and new friends, the Narnia-clan decide to do all they can to save Prince Caspian’s life and, in turn, save Narnia from King Miraz’s evil wrath forever.
