In the last film 96 Hours, former CIA agent Bryan Mills hunted down a gang of Albanian white meat traffickers in Paris after they kidnapped his daughter Kim. In this film, Bryan finds himself in Istanbul, where his daughter and ex-wife Lenore unexpectedly come to visit. The wife is kidnapped and Bryan must use all his skills to save his family from the gang.
