When James Bond and Agent 006 Alec took out a Soviet biochemical weapons factory a few years ago, he had no idea that he would meet the participants in this destructive mission again years later. Former military security chief General Urumov now forms a powerful tandem with the deadly nymphomaniac Xenia - both on the payroll of the Russian mafia. And this organization has just seized the Golden Eye, a military attack satellite with which to terrorize the world.
