Colonel Matrix, former commander of an elite combat unit, lives in seclusion, far from the people. But even here he is discovered and attacked by the mercenaries of the ex-dictator Arius, who, by kidnapping his beloved daughter Jenny, want to force him to collaborate in the assassination of the president of the South American state of Val Verde and the overthrow of the democratic government there. Matrix manages to escape from the plane where he is put on by Arius' men and immediately sets out on the trail of his captors.
