The best flying lethal weapon ever made - the Flying Eye. It's equipped with an infrared camera that lets you see through walls, a microphone that can record your most intimate conversations, and a 20mm rapid-fire cannon that can easily turn your neighborhood into a moonscape. Frank Murphy (Roy Scheider), the pilot of the Flying Eye, is caught up in a clash with a subversive terrorist group called Thor, which kills inconvenient politicians. He soon learns that there are no laws or rules in this fight and that only the better and tougher wins. Soon the skies over Los Angeles turn into an exploding inferno.
