Frank and his partners are investigating a complicated case in which several stakeholders of New York take part. Frank is parried also by private detective Lionel Essrog. who suffers from Tourret's syndrome. Thus, he gets into situations in which outrages others because of his behavior. However, he is exceptional also in his brilliant memory, when he remembers lot of details, so perhaps, is the right one to solve this case.
