The story of Mona and Tamsin. They met by chance and became friends during a steamy summer. Despite one being the opposite of the other, and despite initial misgivings about their different personalities and backgrounds, their relationship grew into a mutual fascination and attraction. The intoxicating romance of two women, their mutually destructive obsession, their struggle for love and their belief in it, in a society for which it is impossible. The immediate, extraordinary and mysterious story is enlivened by the charming cast of the two main characters.
